Prince of Wales’ visit to Wiltshire went ‘without a hiccup’, Wiltshire Police say

Wiltshire Police say that a royal visit to the county today went ‘without a hiccup’.

The Prince of Wales visited Ramsbury Brewery and the Bell Public House today, to join staff on a tour of the brewery and meet distillers who produce vodka and gin there.

Alongside local officers, armed response and close protection officers from Tri-force Specialist Operations – a highly skilled team covering Avon and Somerset, Wiltshire and Gloucestershire – were tasked with keeping the royal safe.
