Corsham woman charged with driving offence ‘after flipping car’ on Box Hill

A woman has been charged with a driving offence ‘after flipping her car’ on Box Hill.

Emergency services attended the road traffic collision on the A4 at around 6.30pm on 4 August.

Three vehicles were involved in the incident, including an orange Kia which overturned onto its roof.

The alleged Kia driver, Lisa Waston, has since been charged with driving without due care and attention.

The 62-year-old defendant, of Ludmead Road, Corsham, is due to appear at Salisbury Magistrates’ Court on 13 January 2023.

She was due to appear before the same court yesterday (23 November), but the case was adjourned.

Wiltshire Police previously said she was taken to hospital with suspect fractures to her spine and pelvis following the dramatic smash.
