Chippenham mum ‘broken-hearted’ after her two-year-old daughter ‘racially abused by stranger’

A mum has been left ‘broken-hearted’ after her daughter was allegedly racially abused.

The woman, from Chippenham, claims a man on a mobility scooter made vile comments towards her two-year-old girl in the town centre on Monday (4 July).

She said that her daughter was ‘minding her own business’ when the male approached and used racist language – words that she refused to repeat.

Anyone who witnessed the incident should contact police on 101 quoting log 234 of 4 July.
