Wiltshire Police launch investigation after house splashed with soup in Calne

Police are investigating after soup was thrown over a house in Calne.

Officers are appealing for information about the unusual incident of anti-social behaviour, which happened at an address in Zander Road last week.

Somebody emptied the contents of a tin of soup over a front window before throwing the tin at the door between 11am on 18 March and 8.10am on 19 March.

In an appeal, a Wiltshire Police spokesperson wrote: “Unknown suspect(s) have thrown a tin of soup at a front door to a property splashing the contents across the front windows.

“No damage was caused.

“If you have any information, CCTV or doorbell footage which may assist us with our in relation to this matter, please contact Wiltshire Police on 101, quoting the crime reference number: 54220028184.

“Information can also be given anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
