At the scene, two men, aged 23 and 25, were arrested on suspicion of possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence and are currently in police custody.

One of the males reportedly fled the location when officers arrived but was soon arrested after being pulled out of a nearby bush.

Wiltshire Police says there is “no risk to the public”, adding that there will be a police presence in the local area this afternoon.
