Pedestrian seriously injured after being hit by mobility scooter in Devizes

A woman was left seriously injured after being hit by a mobility scooter in Devizes.

Wiltshire Police has launched an investigation into the collision, which happened between 10am and 11am Thursday 19 August.

It’s said the red mobility scooter struck a female pedestrian in The Shambles.

As a result of the incident, the pedestrian suffered a serious arm injury.

Police say the driver is described as being a woman in her seventies or eighties.
