A missing Swindon teenager is ‘at risk of a epileptic seizure’, according to his mother.
Jordan was last seen at around 5pm on Monday evening and has not made contact with his mother, who’s appealing for the public to look out for him on Facebook.
He’s not taken his epilepsy medication, meaning he’s at high-risk of a seizure. 
Anyone with information about Jordan’s whereabouts is asked to call police on 101.
