Two men charged with firearms offences after incident in Penhill

Two men have been charged with firearms offences after an incident in Penhill on Tuesday evening.

Liam Harvey, 30, of May Close, Gorse Hill, and Craig Dryden, 35, of Waggoner Close, Abbey Meads, were arrested yesterday at their home addresses in connection with the incident in Allington Road on Tuesday.

As reported by Wiltshire 999s, armed officers closed the Penhill road as a local told of how police were telling residents to remain indoors, whilst another said ‘it looks like they are raiding a house’.
