Convicted list one

Mr James Taylor, 42, of East Street, Warminster, was given a prison sentence for 6 months after pleading guilty to ABH on a female in Warminster on 17 September 2020 and given another 6 months to be served consecutively, making a total of 12 months in prison, after pleading guilty to ABH on a male in Warminster on16 September 2020.

Mr Neil Bambrick, 39, of Eglantyne Avenue, Swindon, was given a conditional discharge for 6 months after pleading guilty to theft of 2 CDs and a jacket worth £200 in Swindon on 8 July 2020.

Mr Wesley Kilbane, 41, of Haydon Court, Swindon, was given a community order and fined a total of £160 with a victim services payment of £95 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to possession of cocaine, possession of MDMA (ecstasy), possession of Dimethyltryptamine (DMT), and possession of cannabis in Swindon on 19 January 2020.

Mr Kevin Cottrell, 36, of Goodmans Lane, Woodland St Mary, was fined £150 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to possession of 3 grams of cocaine in Fosbury on 24 April 2020.

Mr Shaun Goddard, 47, of Rawlins Road, Pewsey, was given a community order for 80 hours of unpaid work and ordered to pay compensation of £200 with costs of £85 after pleading guilty to ABH of a female in Pewsey on 28 June 2020.

Mr Kevin Mwazo, 20, of Lyme Way, Swindon, was given a conditional discharge for 12 months with a victim services payment of £21 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to possession of cocaine in Swindon on 7 October 2020.

Miss Jade Rogers, 31, of Swindon, was given a community order and fined £150 with a victim services payment of £95 after pleading guilty to driving a Chrysler Ypsilon while disqualified and without insurance in Swindon on 6 August 2020.

Mr Tony Fear, 36, of Hawkswood, Swindon, was banned from driving for 14 months and fined £500 with a victim services payment of £50 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a BMW 520i in Swindon on 14 November 2020.

Ms Nicola Bodman, 47, of Ash Crescent, Salisbury, was fined £197 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to possession of 14.5 grams of cocaine in Salisbury on 19 August 2020.

Mr Jamie Broom, 25, of Windsor Avenue, Melksham, was fined £40 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to using threatening behaviour in Melksham on 22 August 2020.

Ms Leigh Fenly, 34, of Bourne View, Tidworth, was fined £80 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to possession of cocaine in Tidworth on 25 September 2019.

Mr Mark Matthews, 57, of Lavington Hill, Market Lavington, was fined £80 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to threatening behaviour (motivated partly or wholly by hostility towards sexual orientation) in Devizes on 5 July 2020.


Mr Jordan Pinder, 28, of Westbury Leigh, Westbury, was banned from driving for 17 months and fined £350 with a victim services payment of £35 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Renault Kangoo in Westbury on 1 November 2020.

Mr Macauley Risby (aka Macauley Palmer), 21, of The Crescent, Salisbury, was fined £305 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to being the driver of a Ford Transit when involved in an accident and failing to provide his details to people at the scene and failing to report the accident in Salisbury on 25 May 2020.

Convicted list two

Mr Daniel Thomas, 23, of Maple Way, Amesbury, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £338 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving an Audi A3 under the influence of cannabis and without insurance in Amesbury on 6 May 2020.

Mrs Virginia Babb, 47, of Bourne View, Allington, was banned from driving for 17 months and fined £150 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Vauxhall Corsa while over the limit for alcohol in Allington on 19 September 2020.

Mr Michael Cook, 40, of Cholderton, was banned from driving for 16 months and given a community order for 80 hours of unpaid work with a victim services payment of £95 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Ford Mondeo while disqualified and driving without insurance in Charlton all Saints and wilfully obstructing a police officer in Melksham on 8 July 2020.

Mr Ian Norris, 46, of Coronation Road, Durrington, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £384 with a victim services payment of £38 and costs of £85 after being convicted by Northamptonshire Magistrates Court on the 8 June 2020 of driving a Mazda without insurance in Towcester on 23 August 2020.

Miss Claudia Wickens, of Shackleton Close, Bowerhill, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £200 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath in Melksham on 29 July 2020.

Mr Muhammed Ozdilek, 20, of Towpath Road, Hilperton, was fined £1760 with a victim services payment of £176 and costs of £85 after a Proved Single Justice Procedure found he had participated in a gathering of more than 2 people during the emergency period in Westbury on 12 May 2020.

Mr Jason Matthews, 51, of Courtenay Road, Swindon, was given a prison sentence of 12 weeks suspended for 24 months with a victim services payment of £128 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to 2 counts of breaching a restraining order in a domestic violence case in Swindon on 2 March 2021.

Mr Frederick Hagen, 55, of Penrose Walk, Swindon, was given 10 points on his licence and fined £261 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to being in charge of an Audi A3 while over the limit for alcohol in Swindon on 30 January 2021.

Mr Christopher Page (aka Christopher Hicks, Christopher Maynard, and Chris Ryan), 36, was ordered to pay compensation totalling £135 after pleading guilty to theft of items worth £78 from Co-op food in Swindon on 17 September 2020, theft of items worth £29 from Co-op food in Swindon on 23 September 2020, theft of items worth £28 from Co-op food in Swindon on 26 September 2020 and failing to surrender to Swindon Magistrates Court on 9 February 2021.

Miss Claire Tarrant, 40, of Downton Road, Swindon, was banned from driving for 18 months and fined £150 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Renault Clio while over the limit for alcohol in Swindon on 23 August 2020.

Mr Jordan Hunt, 23, of Ludlow Close, Westbury, was given a community order for 80 hours of unpaid work and ordered to pay compensation of £50 after changing his plea to guilty on charges of sending messages that were grossly offensive by electronic means in Trowbridge on 29 November 2020, and harassment of a female in Trowbridge between 14 and 18 February 2021.

Mr Mark Hallet, 60, of The Spa, Melksham, was given 3 points on his licence and fined £192 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £85 after changing his plea to guilty on a charge of driving a Volvo S90 without due care and attention in Broad Town on 18 August 2019.

Mr Edward Payne, 44, of Stanway Close, Swindon, was banned from driving for 56 days and fined £590 with a victim services payment of £59 and costs of £250 after changing his plea to guilty on a charge of speeding in a Mitsubishi Evo on the M4 near Swindon on 9 May 2020.

Convicted list three

Mr Ryan Harte, 31, of Neston Crescent, Neston, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £623 with a victim services payment of £62 and costs of £300 after changing his plea to guilty on charges of failing to provide a specimen of blood in Melksham on 27 February 2020, failing to provide a specimen of blood in Melksham on 29 August 2020 and driving a Volkswagen while over the limit for alcohol in Corsham on 4 October 2020.

Mr Damien Harman, 37, of Croft Road, Swindon, was given a prison sentence for 12 weeks suspended for 2 years and ordered to pay compensation of £100 with a victim services payment of £122 and costs of £600 after changing his plea to guilty on a charge of assault of a female in Swindon on 9 April 2020. He was then banned from driving for 3 years and fined £120 after pleading guilty to driving a Range Rover while unfit through drugs and without insurance in Swindon on 13 April 2020.

Mr Beau Houghton (aka Andrew Gordon), 44, of Drakes Way, Swindon, was fined £40 with a victim services payment of £34 after pleading guilty to theft of a pressure washer worth £100 from Wilkinsons in Swindon on 4 March 2021. He then had previously suspended prison sentences implemented resulting in a total of 28 weeks in prison after admitting breaching the suspension by committing a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence.

Mr Rhys Talmash, 21, of Mills Road, Melksham, was banned from driving for 18 months and fined £200 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Renault while over the limit for alcohol in Melksham on 6 September 2020.

Mr James Lait, 22, of Harbrook Court, Chippenham, was fined £80 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to possession of amphetamine in Chippenham on 17 November 2020.

Mr Andrei Plugaru, 28, of Woodbury Close, Swindon, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined a total of £120 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath in Swindon on 15 November 2020 and driving a Mercedes E270 other than in accordance with his licence in Swindon on 14 November 2020.

Mr Martyn Clark, 43, of no fixed abode, was given a community order for 100 hours of unpaid work with a victim services payment of £95 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to sending a message that was grossly offensive by means of electronic communication in Swindon on 1 January 2020.

Mr Toby Mitchell, 24, of St Margarets Street, Bradford on Avon, was given a community order for 50 hours of unpaid work and ordered to pay compensation totalling £219.99 with a victim services payment of £95 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to:

• Theft of clothing of unknown value from TK Maxx in Salisbury on 3 September 2020
• Theft of clothing worth £256.82 from TK Maxx in Salisbury on 4 September 2020
• Assault of a male in Salisbury on 4 September 2020
• Criminal damage to the value of £120 of a police van in Salisbury on 4 September 2020
• Having an article for use in the course of theft in Salisbury on 4 September 2020
• Theft of 2 pairs of wireless Bluetooth earphones from Currys in Salisbury on 3 September 2020

Mr Daniel Holder, 20, of Lambrok Close, Trowbridge, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £300 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Ford Fiesta under the influence of cannabis in Trowbridge on 3 March 2020.

Mr Baskaran Sabaratnam, 47, of Alexandra Avenue, Harrow, was given 9 points on his licence and fined £184 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £620 after it was Proved in Absence he had driven a Volkswagen Sharan without due care and attention in Swindon on 17 March 2019.

Mr William Day, 30, of James Road, Amesbury, was fined £290 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to the use of threatening behaviour in Amesbury on 7 October 2020.

Mr Samuel Lake, 25, of Neville Close, Salisbury, was fined £84 with a victim services payment of £34 after pleading guilty to the theft of Pringles, 2 PotNoodles, a tin of gin, and a 2-litre carton of milk worth £6.79 from Tesco in Salisbury on 23 November 2020.

Convicted list four

Mr Thomas Brown, 25, of Bulford Camp, was banned from driving for 17 months, given 7 points on his licence and fined £346 with a victim services payment of £35 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Citroen C1 while over the limit for alcohol and failing to stop after an accident in Bulford on 13 December 2020.

Mr Declan Cummins, 19, of Glyndebourne Close, Salisbury, was ordered to pay £400 compensation after pleading guilty to criminal damage of BMW wing mirror, and a further £130 compensation after pleading guilty to criminal damage of a Renault Megane wing mirror in Wilton on 26 January 2020.

Mr Muhanad Dafaalah, 18, of Exeter Street, Salisbury, was given a community order for 50 hours of unpaid work with a victim services payment of £95 after pleading guilty to using threatening behaviour in Salisbury on 19 October 2020.

Mr Brandon Lynam, 18, of Lanfranc Close, Old Sarum, was given a community order for 60 hours of unpaid work with a victim services payment of £95 after pleading guilty to displaying to an individual some threatening writing, sign, or visible representation that was religiously aggravated, and possession of cannabis in Salisbury on 19 October 2020.

Mr Lee Porter, 41, of Castle Mews, Trowbridge, was banned from driving for 17 months and fined £120 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a BMW 320i under the influence of cannabis in Trowbridge on 8 July 2020.

Mrs Jane Bland, 49, of Pealsham Gardens, Fordingbridge, was banned from driving for 29 months and given a community order for 150 hours of unpaid work with a victim services payment of £95 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Seat while over the limit for alcohol in Downton on 3 November 2020.

Miss Tammy Jones, 37, of Blueberry Road, Melksham, was fined £120 and ordered to pay compensation of £75 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to assault of a female in Melksham on 15 September 2020.
