Mr Jack Haney, 27, of Corsham Road, Lacock, was fined £200 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £40 after pleading guilty to contacting or attempting to contact an individual when prohibited from doing so by a molestation order in Royal Wootton Bassett between 23 February 2021 and 26 February 2021.

Mr Aaron Kehoe, 39, of Chippenham, was given a 6-month conditional discharge with a victim services payment of £21 after pleading guilty to assault of a male in Melksham on 17 January 2020.

Mr Cameron Mackay, 33, of Rougemont Close, Salisbury, was ordered to pay compensation of £150 after pleading guilty to assault of a nurse in Salisbury on 22 January 2021.

Mr James Cousins (aka Nine Toes Jimmy), 27, of Gainsborough Close, Salisbury, was banned from driving for 6 months and fined £660 with a victim services payment of £66 and costs of £110 after it was proved in absence that he had driven a Volkswagen Passat without due care and attention and other than in accordance with his licence in Salisbury on 14 October 2019.

Mr Ian Greer, 57, of Long Street, Marston, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £293 with a victim services payment of £32 and cost of £110 after changing his plea to guilty on a charge of speeding in a Landrover Discovery in Shrewton on 4 September 2019.

Mr Ifzal Hussain, 26, of Elizabeth Crescent, Oldbury, was banned from driving for 6 months and fined £120 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £110 after it was proved in absence he had driven a Ford Galaxy without insurance and other than in accordance with his licence in Calne on 2 November 2019.

Mr Ioan-Florin Negra, 32, of Victoria Road, Frome, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £500 with a victim services payment of £50 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to speeding in a BMW 535D in Amesbury on 31 May 2020.

Mr Mohammed Ramadan, 31, of Gilphin View, Leeds, was banned from driving for 6 months and fined £86 with a victim services payment of £30 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to driving a Renault Megane other than in accordance with his licence in Swindon on 25 October 2019.

Mr Matthew Flay, 27, of The Halve, Trowbridge, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £120 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to driving a Volkswagen without insurance in Trowbridge on 13 April 2020.

Mr Sobham Karami, 21, of Manor Road, Oadby, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £80 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to driving a Mini without insurance in Malmesbury on 30 November 2019.

Mr Maximilian Stacy, 26, of Cholderton, Salisbury, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £293 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to driving a Ford Fiesta without insurance in Salisbury on 13 October 2019,

Mr Colin Yates, 41, of Betony Close, Swindon, was given 7 points on his licence and fined £660 with a victim services payment of £66 and costs of £110 after it was proved in absence he had driven a Ford Fiesta without due care and attention and other than in accordance with his licence in Swindon on 22 October 2019.

Mr Dane Gomez, 21, of Meadow View, Winterbourne Stoke, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £440 with a victim services payment of £44 and costs of £110 after it was proved in absence he had driven a Ford Fiesta without due care and attention in Salisbury on 20 November 2019.

Mr Tomasz Gorniak, 27, of Ramsthorn Close, Swindon, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £461 with a victim services payment of £46 and costs of £110 after it was proved in absence he had driven a Ford Focus without due care and attention in Swindon on 29 November 2019.

Mr Christopher Lynn, 40, of Balmoral Close, Chippenham, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £660 with a victim services payment of £66 and costs of £110 after it was proved in absence he had driven a Vauxhall Corsa without insurance and without MOT in Chippenham on 10 January 2020.

Mr Benjamin Page, 55, of Cedars Mews, London, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £923 with a victim services payment of £92 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to speeding in a Jaguar F-Type on the M4 near Swindon on 12 January 2020.

Mr Adam Gara, 41, of Bradley Road, Trowbridge, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £323 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to failing to give information on the driver of a Toyota Corolla in Swindon on or after 6 September 2019.

Mr Arthur Rybicki, 48, of Gunners Lane, Brown Candover, was given 4 points on his licence and fined £333 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to driving an Audi A1 without due care and attention, and failing to stop, on the M4 near Swindon on 15 April 2020.

Mr Michael McEniry, 57, of Pheasant Close, Swindon, was given 5 points on his licence and fined £293 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to driving a Ford Fiesta without due care and attention, and having insufficient tread depth on both front tyres on the M4 near Swindon on 29 April 2020.

Mr Jaden Chutooree, 18, of High Street, Haydon Wick, was given a conditional discharge for 6 months with a victim services payment of £21 after pleading guilty to possession of 3 grams of cannabis in Swindon on 18 August 2020.

Mr Beau Houghton (aka Mr Andrew Gordon), 44, of Godolphin Close, Swindon, was sentenced to a total of 28 weeks in prison suspended for 2 years with a victim services payment of £122 after pleading guilty to:

• Entering a building as a trespasser and theft of a Japanese Tea Grinder worth £60 in Swindon on 10 December 2019
• Theft of 2 bottles of Persil washing liquid worth £13.98 from Co-op in Swindon on 4 December 2020
• Theft of 4 bottles of Persil washing liquid and 8 packs of bacon worth £46.28 from Co-op in Swindon on 4 December 2020
• Theft of 3 bottles of Persil washing liquid and 2 boxes of Bold washing pods worth £18.98 from Co-op in Swindon on 4 December 2020
• Theft of boxed toy sets and Power Ranger figures worth £94 from Wilkinsons in Swindon on 10 November 2020
• Theft of a Christmas light worth £100 in Swindon on 28 November 2020
• Theft of candles worth £266 from Boots in Swindon on 31 January 2021

Mr Marius Pascu, 45, of no fixed abode, was sentenced to 4 weeks in prison suspended for 12 months with a victim services payment of £122 after pleading guilty to the theft of makeup products worth £300 from Boots in Swindon on 27 February 2021.

Mr Cosmin Vamanu, 34, of Westcott Place, Swindon, was banned from driving for 36 months and given a community order for 180 hours of unpaid work with a victim services payment of £95 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Vauxhall Vectra, driving while disqualified, and driving without insurance in Swindon on 27 February 2021.

Mr Neil Wilson, 40, of Briarswood Court, Swindon, was given a community order and fined £50 with a victim services payment of £95 after pleading guilty to carrying an offensive weapon in the form of a rolling pin and theft of 2 cans of cider and sweets from Morrisons in Swindon on 1 July 2020. He was then fined £70 after pleading guilty to aggravated threatening behaviour in Swindon on 3 September 2020.

Mr David Carpenter, 19, of Fitwell Road, Swindon, was banned from driving for 20 months and fined £100 with a victim services payment of £34 after pleading guilty on 2 charges of driving a Hyundai Getz under the influence of cannabis, in Swindon on 2 June and 5 June 2020.

Mr Rodney Curtis, 53, of Beech Avenue, Swindon, was fined £50 with a victim services payment of £34 after pleading guilty to threatening behaviour in Swindon on 21 May 2020.

Mr Simon Farrow, 46, of Metis Close, Swindon, was banned from driving for 36 months and fined £250 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Chevrolet Captiva in Swindon on 7 November 2020.

Miss Skye Gray-Lovack, 21, of the David Murray John Tower, Swindon, was fined £50 with a victim services payment of £32 after pleading guilty to breaching a non-molestation order by making a post on Facebook in Swindon on 1 March 2020.

Miss Maria James, 36, of Draymans Court, Royal Wootton Bassett, was given a community order with a victim services payment of £95 after pleading guilty to threatening behaviour in Swindon on 27 August 2020, and threatening communications in Royal Wootton Bassett on 10 March 2020.

Mr William Harding, 35, of Castle Keep, Salisbury, was banned from driving for 2 years and given a community order for 120 hours of unpaid work with a victim services payment of £90 and costs of £620 after he changed his plea to guilty on a charge of drink driving in a Renault Clio in Salisbury on 6 January 2020.

The Global Marketing Group, of Downton, was fined a total of £12,400 with a victim services payment of £181 and costs of £1980.87 after pleading guilty to having possession for supply toys not meeting safety standards due to containing lead, and having possession for supply of toys where the packaging did not meet safety standards by being an asphyxiation risk in Skegness between 8 July 2019 and 18 July 2019, and having possession for supply toys not meeting safety standards due to containing lead and having possession for supply of toys where the packaging did not meet safety standards by being an asphyxiation risk in Salisbury on 18 July 2019.

Mr Carl Chance, 28, of Austen Heights, Southampton, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £423 with a victim services payment of £42 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to speeding in a Peugeot Partner in Salisbury on 15 May 2020.

Mr James Foreman, 28, of Goosetree Road, Wisbech, was given 9 points on his licence and fined £420 with a victim services payment of £42 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to driving a Scania Lorry without due care and attention in Chiseldon on 11 August 2020. Mr Michael Pritchard, 25, of Knowlands, Highworth, was given 9 points on his licence and fined £313 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to driving an Audi A6 without due care and attention in Swindon on 4 June 2020.

Mr Vasil Velkov, 31, of Minehead Road, Knowle, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £660 with a victim services payment of £66 and costs of £110 after a proved Single Justice Procedure found he was speeding in an Audi A4 on the M4 near Swindon on 5 May 2020.

Mr Shane Bowers, 33, of Frog Lane, Great Somerford, was banned from driving for 3 months and fined £216 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to using a mobile phone while driving in a Ford Transit Tipper in Chippenham on 2 July 2020.

Mr Jamie Allen, 35, of Oaklands View, Cwmbran, was given 5 points on his licence and fined £267 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to speeding in a Toyota Hilux on the M4 near Swindon on 4 May 2020.

Mr Oliver Attfield, 21, of Bonaker Close, Porton, was banned from driving for 42 days and fined £40 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to driving a Volkswagen Golf other than in accordance with his licence in Swindon on 5 February 2020.

Mr Dennis Harrington, 74, of Dammas Lane, Swindon, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £170 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to speeding in a Jaguar XK on the M4 near Swindon on 7 May 2020.

Mr Jack Maskill, 22, of Post Office Road, Hungerford, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £530 with a victim services payment of £53 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to speeding in an Audi A3 on the M4 near Swindon on 21 March 2020.

Mr David Tanner, 45, of Chiddingfold Close, Minster-on-Sea, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £297 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to speeding on a Triumph Street Triple on the M4 near Swindon on 13 April 2020.

A 16-year-old male from Stratton St Margaret was given a conditional discharge for 6 months with a victim services payment of £17 after pleading guilty to assault of a male in Swindon on 19 May 2020.

A 17-year-old male from Royal Wootton Bassett was given a 9 month Youth Offender Contract with a victim services payment of £22 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to assault of a male and possession in public of a knife in Royal Wootton Bassett on 29 August 2020.

A 16-year-old male from East Wichel was given a Youth Rehabilitation Order for a 4-month curfew with electronic monitoring and ordered to pay £50 compensation after pleading guilty to robbing an individual of shoes, keys, phone and cash jointly with others in Swindon between 4 September and 5 September 2020.

A 17-year-old male from Park South, Swindon, was given a conditional discharge for 3 months and ordered to pay £180 compensation after being found guilty of criminal damage in Swindon on 17 September 2019.

A 16-year-old male from Kingshill, Swindon, was given a 12-month youth offender contract and ordered to pay compensation of £50 with a victim services payment of £22 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to robbing an individual of shoes, keys, phone and cash jointly with others in Swindon between 4 September and 5 September 2020.

A 17-year-old male from Corsham was given a 6-month youth offender contract with a victim services payment of £22 and costs of £40 after changing his plea to guilty on a charge of robbing an individual of his mountain bike jointly with others in Chippenham on 7 June 2020.

A 15-year-old male from Pinehurst, Swindon, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £80 with a victim services payment of £22 after pleading guilty to riding a moped other than in accordance with a licence and without insurance in Swindon on 6 January 2021.

A 17-year-old male of no fixed abode was given a youth offender contract for an extended compliance period of one month after pleading guilty to using threatening behaviour in Swindon on 15 February 2021.

Mr Kelvin Gardener, 32, of Derriads Green, Chippenham, was fined £30 with a victim services payment of £32 after pleading guilty to possession of 1 gram of cannabis in Trowbridge on 6 March 2020.


Mr Jack Isaacs, 36, of Timbrell Street, Trowbridge, was sentenced to a total of 26 weeks in prison with a victim services payment of £122 after pleading guilty to:

• Theft of a Shark vacuum cleaner worth £95 from Asda in Trowbridge on 16 January 2021
• Possession of MDMA (ecstasy) in Trowbridge on 25 January 2021
• Assault of a male in Trowbridge on 16 January 2021
• Theft of alcohol worth £111.96 from Asda in Trowbridge on 1 March 2021
• Consideration of previous offences for which community orders had been made

Mr James Wilkinson, 40, of Thornfield Drive, Swindon, was fined £100 with a victim services payment of £32 after pleading guilty to possession of 81 grams of cannabis in Swindon on 15 August 2019.

Conviction list five

Mr Andrew McWhinnie, 41, of Matley Road, Swindon, was given a community order and ordered to pay compensation of £100 after pleading guilty to threatening behaviour in Swindon on 23 August 2020.

Mr Marek Stanis, 51, of Haynes Road, Westbury, was ordered to pay £250 compensation after pleading guilty to criminal damage of a front door in Westbury on 30 May 2020.

Miss Ashleigh Wyatt, 22, of Lilian Close, Swindon, was given a community order and fined £100 with a victim services payment of £95 after pleading guilty to domestic assault of a male in Swindon on 15 May 2020 and again on 10 September 2020.

Mr Cameron Bond, 19, of Kingshill Road, Swindon, was given a conditional discharge for 6 months with a victim services payment of £21 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to possession of cannabis in Swindon on 17 December 2019 and again on 7 November 2020.

Miss Roxanne Ferguson, 31, of East Street, Swindon, was fined a total of £100 with a victim services payment of £32 after pleading guilty to 2 counts of threatening behaviour in Swindon on 29 January 2020.

Mr Melwin Gurjao, 38, of Broad Street, Swindon, was fined £150 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to having a loaded air rifle in public in Axford on 4 April 2020.

Mr Kyle Walton, 18, of Goldfinch Road, Melksham, was fined £50 after admitting to a breach of a community order by failing to attend appointments.

Mr Leslie Williams, 38, of The Medway, Wantage, was given a community order with a victim services payment of £95 after pleading guilty to assaulting a police officer in Lyneham on 3 January 2021.

Mr Oliver Yates, 18, of Goldsborough Close, Swindon, was given a conditional discharge for 6 months with a victim services payment of £20 after pleading guilty to possession of cannabis in Swindon on 17 December 2012.

Mr Christopher Howard, 41, of Sheringham Court, Swindon, was sentenced to a total of 30 weeks imprisonment suspended for 18 months with a victim services payment of £122 after pleading guilty to:

• 2 counts of racially aggravated threatening behaviour in Swindon on 22 August 2020
