Everyone convicted at Swindon and Wiltshire magistrate courts on 25 and 26 February 2021

Convicted list one

Mrs Joanne Bligdon (aka Miss Joanne Caldwell), 43, of Westleigh, Warminster, was fined £40 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £40 after pleading guilty to assault of a female in Warminster on 11 August 2020.

Mr Daniel Bonnici (aka Dan Bannochie), 30, of Church Walk, Devizes, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £400 with a victim services payment of £40 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Mercedes C63 under the influence of cannabis in Devizes on 6 May 2020.

Mr Thomas Philpott, 31, of Silverwood Drive, Laverstock, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £215 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving an Audi A3 while unfit through drugs and possession of cannabis in Winterslow on 19 January 2020.

Ms Sarah Collumbell, 52, of Yeates Field View, Warminster, was fined £120 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to possession of heroin in Trowbridge on 9 June 2020.

Mr Daniel Futcher, 24, of Milton Road, Amesbury, was given a community order for a 28-day curfew under electronic monitoring with a victim services payment of £95 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to entering the In-Excess garden centre as a trespasser and stealing items worth a total of £104.70, then failing to stop for a police officer in Salisbury on 3 June 2020.

Mr Callum Gregory, 22, of Lower Grove, Whitsbury, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £350 with a victim services payment of £35 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Ford Fiesta in Salisbury on 13 September 2020.

Mr Scott Lloyd, 29, of Hernog Close, Llandrindod Wells, was banned from driving for 40 days and fined £80 with a victim services payment of £34 after pleading guilty to being in charge of a Ford Transit while over the limit for alcohol in Durrington on 27 August 2020.

Mr Sam Townsend, 20, of Heathcote Road, Melksham, was fined £266 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to wilfully obstructing a police officer in Melksham on 10 July 2020.

Mr Mark Parker, 24, of Cherry Close, Salisbury, was given a prison sentence of 6 months after pleading guilty to assault of a police officer and possession of a kitchen knife in Salisbury on 24 February 2021. He also received a sentence of 3 months to be served concurrently after admitting to breaching previous community orders for offences including sending threatening communications, assault, theft, and criminal damage.

Mr William Gifford, 37, of Minety, was given a community order for 80 hours of unpaid work and ordered to pay £200 compensation with costs of £85 after pleading guilty to assault of a male and assault of a female in Upper Minety on 13 September 2020.

Mr Ryan Mills (aka Ryan Beresford), 25, of Westcliffe Road, Bournemouth, was fined £366 and ordered to pay £100 compensation with a victim services payment of £37 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to assault of a police officer in Shrewton on 22 August 2020.

Mr William O’Driscoll (aka Dennis O’Driscoll), 40, of no fixed abode, was given a prison sentence for 8 weeks and ordered to pay £150 compensation after pleading guilty to entering a building as a trespasser with the intent to steal in Swindon on 18 July 2020, threatening behaviour and racially/religiously motivated threatening behaviour in Swindon on 8 August 2020, and assault of a male in Swindon on 28 August 2020.

Mr Carl Brown, 40, of Ramsay Road, Winchester, was given a prison sentence of 8 weeks and banned from driving for 25 months with a victim services payment of £122 after pleading guilty to riding a Honda CBR knowing it had been taken unlawfully aggravated by being involved in a road traffic accident while riding in Swindon on 16 October 2019.

Mr Nicolae Alexandru, 35, of Alfred Street, Westbury, was banned from driving for 18 months and fined £122 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Volvo S40 and driving without due care and attention in Westbury on 18 August 2020.

Mr Michael O’Connell, 72, of Simmance Way, Amesbury, was given a community order for a 4-month curfew with electronic monitoring and ordered to pay compensation of £100 after pleading guilty to assault of a PCSO on 11 May 2020 and failing to surrender to custody on 17 December 2020.

Mr Oliver Hillier, 26, of Frome Road, Trowbridge, was given a community order for 150 hours of unpaid work and ordered to pay compensation of £150 after pleading guilty to assault of a male and using threatening behaviour in Trowbridge on 19 September 2020.

Mr Stephen Springett, 51, of Eyres Way, Salisbury, was fined £120 and order to pay compensation of £50 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to assault of a female in Stapleford on 30 October 2020.

Mr Samuel Dibben, 27, of Upper Backway, Shrewton, was banned from driving for 46 months and given a community order for 150 hours of unpaid work with a victim services payment of £95 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in an Audi TT, driving with insurance, and driving while banned in Devizes, taking a vehicle without consent in Royal Wootton Bassett and criminal damage in Melksham all on 8 August 2020.

Mr Chris Ham, 60, of Tyning Road, Winsley, was given a conditional discharge for 6 months with a victim services payment of £21 and costs of £85 after changing his plea to guilty on a charge of assault of a female in Winsley on 7 October 2019.

Convicted list three

Mr Mariusz Kaminski, 36, of Mascroft Road, Trowbridge, was given 10 points on his licence and fined a total of £210 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £85 after changing his plea to guilty on charges of being in charge of a Vauxhall Astra while over the alcohol limit, in Trowbridge on 2 May 2019 and failing to surrender to custody in Salisbury on 7 June 2019.

Mr Thomas Charlton, 24, of Newtons Walk, Baydon was banned from driving 36 months and fined £90 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Hyundai in Swindon on 7 November 2020.

Mr Jamie Solari, 40, of County Road, Swindon, was given a community order and ordered to pay compensation of £100 after pleading guilty to assault, and criminal damage of a perspex screen in Burger King in Swindon on 6 November 2020.

Mr Adam Farrell, 32, of Rawlingswell Lane, Marlborough, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined a total of £250 with a victim services payment of £34 after pleading guilty to driving a Ford Focus without insurance, driving under the influence of Benzoylecgonine (a substance usually indicating cocaine use), and failing to stop in Marlborough on 21 May 2020.

Miss Terri Spellman, 30, Moredon Park, Swindon, was given a community order with a victim services payment of £95 and costs of £30 after pleading guilty to theft of shampoo worth £82 from Midcounties co-op in Swindon on 10 October 2020.
