Convicted list one

Mr Sean Penn, 47, of Warminster, was banned from driving for 7 days and fined £140 with a victim services payment of £34 after pleading guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath in Melksham on 8 December 2020.

Mrs Zoi Hayes, 63, of The Ham, Urchfont, was given a restraining order and fined £200 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to criminal damage in Urchfont on 24 July 2020.

Mr Kenneth Hackeborn, 71, of Wynwards Road, Swindon, was fined £1200 with a victim services payment of £120 and costs of £630 after being found guilty of indecent assault in Swindon between 29 November 2019 and 30 November 2019.

Mr Gavin Jackson, 37, of Waiblingen Way, Devizes, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £233 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Renault Megane under the influence of cannabis and possession of 4 grams of herbal cannabis in Marlborough on 23 November 2019.

Mr Lee Irons, 50, of Lyte Hill Lane, Torquay, was given a community order for 100 hours of unpaid work, and a 5-year sexual harm prevention order with the requirement to register with the police in accordance with the sexual offences act 2003 for 5 years, a victim services payment of £90 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to making a category B photograph of a child, and making 167 category C photographs of a child in Calne on 12 August 2019.

Mr Rihal Noor, 37, of Groundwell Road, Swindon, was fined £875 with costs of £60 after admitting to breaching a community order by failing to report for unpaid work.

Mr Stephen Porter, 44, of Somerville Road, Swindon, was ordered to pay £100 compensation after pleading guilty to criminal damage of a glass door window in Swindon on 15 August 2020.

Miss Ellen McDonagh, 28, of Cardigan Court, Luton, was fined £120 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to theft of clothing and home goods worth £227.87 from Homesense in Swindon on 29 October 2020.

Miss Elysia Drew, 21, of Crosslands, Caddington, was fined £120 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to theft of clothing and home goods worth £227.87 from Homesense in Swindon on 29 October 2020.

Convicted list two

Mr Craid Townsend, 35, of Colne Road, Swindon, was banned from driving for 15 months and fined a total of £200 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath, driving a Ford Fiesta other than in accordance with his licence and driving without insurance in Cirencester on 31 October 2020.

Mr Garry Drewitt, 58, of Midwinter Gardens, Swindon, was sentenced to 19 weeks in prison suspended for 12 months, with 170 hours of unpaid work, and ordered to pay a total of £300 in compensation after pleading guilty to 2 charges of assaulting a police officer in Swindon on 31 October 2020.

Mr Frankie Grieveson, 20, of Diamond Crescent, Swindon, was fined £450 with a victim services payment of £45 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to threatening behaviour in Swindon on 31 October 2020.

Mr Declan Hayden, 54, of Pond Place, London, was fined £80 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to threatening behaviour in Salisbury on 27 August 2020.

Mr Simon Downs, 36, of Albion Bungalows, Quidhampton, was fined £173 and ordered to pay compensation of £450 with costs of £310 after being found guilty of assault of a male, and also given 5 points on his licence and fined £346 after being found guilty of driving a Vauxhall van without due care and attention in Wilton on 22 July 2019.

Mr Mark Scott, 47, of no fixed abode, was fined £120 with a victim services payment of £34 after being found guilty of threatening behaviour in Salisbury on 5 February 2020.

Mr Jamie Cook, 27, of Olympian Road, Pewsey, was ordered to pay compensation of £250 with costs of £85 after pleading guilty to assault of a male in Pewsey on 30 May 2020.

Mr James Hornett, 38, of Bouverie Park East, Stanton St Quintin, was banned from driving for 24 months and fined £173 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath in Melksham on 3 June 2020.

Mr Christopher Arnold, 36, of Carmelite Way, Salisbury, was banned from driving for 14 months and fined £392 with a victim services payment of £39 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath, and further fined £250 after pleading guilty to possession of 28 grams of cannabis in Salisbury on 1 March 2020.

Convicted list three

Mr Michael Parry, 21, of Bond Street, Trowbridge, was fined £269 and ordered to pay £250 in compensation with a victim services payment of £30 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to assault of a male in Trowbridge on 7 January 2020.

Mr Edward Millichap, 40, of Endless Street, Salisbury, was fined £40 with a victim services payment of £34 after pleading guilty to using threatening behaviour in Salisbury on 20 June 2020.

Mr Dennis Rawkins, 89, of The Croft, Newton Tony, was disqualified from driving until he passes a competence test, and fined £250 with a victim services payment of £34 after pleading guilty to driving a Ford Ka other than in accordance with his licence in Newton Tony on 16 May 2020 and in Salisbury on 6 April 2020 and without insurance in Newton Tony on 16 May 2020.

Mr Ronnie Turner (aka The Penguin), 64, of Fison Walk, Salisbury, was banned from driving for 4 months and fined £230 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Vauxhall Insignia while banned and without insurance in Salisbury on 1 November 2019.

Mr Lewis Stocker, 20, of Charmind Walk, Haydon Wick, was given a conditional discharge for 6 months with a victim services payment of £22 and costs of £85 after changing his plea to guilty on a charge of using threatening behaviour in Swindon on 29 April 2020.

Mr Richard Stocker, 48, of Charmind Walk, Haydon Wick, was given a conditional discharge for 6 months with a victim services payment of £22 and costs of £85 after changing his plea to guilty on a charge of using threatening behaviour in Swindon on 29 April 2020.

Mr Kairo Theophilus-Reid (aka Jordan Jefferson), 20, of Southwold Road, London, was fined £80 with a victim services payment of 332 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to possession of cannabis in Swindon on 14 September 2019.

Mr John Highcock, 49, of St Andrews Court, Wroughton, was fined £200 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to racially aggravated threatening behaviour in Swindon on 30 July 2020.

Mr Robert Blaszczyk, 51, of Salmons Leap, Calne, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £450 with a victim services payment of £45 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Toyota Yaris in Calne on 2 November 2020.

Mr Joseph Ephgrave, 42, of no fixed abode, was ordered to pay £260 after pleading guilty to criminal damage of a Volkswagen Polo and fined £120 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to racially aggravated threatening behaviour in Swindon on 12 July 2020.

Convicted list four

Mr Jessie Garrett, 28, of Broadwalk, Bristol, was given a community order for 120 hours of unpaid work with a victim services payment of £95 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to theft of goods worth £2154 from Tommy Hilfinger and theft of goods worth £1394 from Ralph Lauren in Swindon on 2 November 2020.

Mr Oliver Anderson, 20, of Whitworth Road, Chippenham, was banned from driving for 19 months and fined £384 with a victim services payment of £38 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Seat in Chippenham on 3 November 2020.

Mr Christopher Fortune, 32, of Station Road, Westbury, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £120 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Land Rover Discovery under the influence of cannabis in Erlestoke on 31 August 2020.

Ms Kerry Horwat, 39, of Spring Close, Swindon, was given a community order and ordered to pay £15 compensation after pleading guilty to:

• Theft of 2 bottles of alcohol worth £21.50 from Iceland in Swindon on 4 February 2020
• Possession of cannabis in Swindon on 4 February 2020
• Theft of alcohol worth £77.50 from Asda in Swindon on 3 November 2020
• Theft of alcohol and confectionary worth £16.47 from Coop in Swindon on 10 December 2020

Mr Joao Simoes, 38, of Hertford Close, Swindon, was given a community order for 60 hours of unpaid work with a victim services payment of £95 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to possession of a pocket knife with a blade in excess of 3 inches and resisting a police officer in Swindon on 2 November 2020.
