Convicted list one

Mr Stuart Mayes, 53, of Earls Court Road, Amesbury, was given a community order and ordered to pay a total of £298.58 in compensation after pleading guilty to using threatening behaviour, and criminal damage in Amesbury on 30 May 2020.

Mr Nicholas Batt (aka Mick Batt), 38, of Lovett Green, Salisbury, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £120 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a BMW in Salisbury on 30 August 2020.

Mr Robert Pawlowski, 37, of Mascroft Road, Trowbridge, was banned from driving for 20 months and fined £253 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Vauxhall Vecta in Trowbridge on 3 December 2020.

Mr David Canham, 38, of Hollis Way, Southwick was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £120 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Vauxhall Combo under the influence of cannabis in Trowbridge on 10 June 2020.

Miss Emma Ferris, 36, of Sheep Street, Devizes, was given 10 points on her licence and fined £80 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to being in charge of a Vauxhall Viva while over the limit for alcohol in Melksham on 4 December 2020.

Mr Matthew Cooke, 39, of Devizes Road, Salisbury, was given 3 points on his licence and fined £184 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after being convicted by Cornwall Magistrates of speeding in a Ford Transit in St Austell on 7 July 2020.

Mr Daniel Morris, 30, of Huntingdon Close, Spalding, was given 10 points on his licence and fined £373 with a victim services payment of £37 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Peugeot 206 under the influence of cannabis in Amesbury on 9 June 2020.

Mr William Hitchcock, 29, of Littlejohn Avenue, Melksham, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £230 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a BMW 120D under the influence of cocaine, and without insurance in Melksham on 28 June 2020.

Mr Dean Lozer, 42, of Princes Street, Swindon, was fined a total of £240, and ordered to pay £120 compensation with costs of £150 after he was found guilty of wilfully obstructing police officers in their duty and racially aggravated threatening behaviour towards a police constable in Swindon on 16 August 2019.

Miss Fiona Herbert, 44, of Rampart Road, Salisbury, was fined £40 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £45 after pleading guilty to theft of ready meals and wine worth £18.40 from Marks and Spencers, theft of a top worth £5 from Top Shop, and theft of a woman’s wrap worth £12.99 from New Look in Salisbury on 16 January 2020.

Miss Lillie Simmonds, 19, of Kings Road, Reading, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined a total of £200 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Peugeot Partner under the influence of cannabis, without insurance, other than in accordance with her licence and possession of cannabis in Swindon on 8 May 2020.

Mrs Jennifer Wood, 69, of Mervyn Webb Place, Swindon, was banned from driving for 20 months and given a community order for 120 hours of unpaid work with a victim services payment of £95 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath in Swindon on 25 October 2020.

Mr Isaac Hoffman, 26, of Victoria Road, Swindon was banned from driving for 5 months and given a community order for 100 hours of unpaid work with a victim services payment of £95 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Toyota Aygo while disqualified from driving, and without insurance in Swindon on 14 June 2020.

Ms Martine Browne, 40, of Beech Avenue, Swindon, was fined £246 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to assaulting a Special Police Constable in Swindon on 19 September 2020.

Mr Lewis Simpson, 19, of Zakopane Road, Swindon, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £200 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Seat Ibiza in Swindon on 26 October 2020.

Mr Sean MacGregor, 45, of Sandhill, Shrivenham, was given a community order, fined £50 and ordered to pay a total of £100 compensation after pleading guilty on a number of charges:

• Being drunk and disorderly in Swindon on 19 May 2020
• Threatening behaviour in Swindon on 11 August 2020
• Assaulting a male in Swindon on 19 February 2021
• Failing to notify police of address will reside at for 7 days or longer in Shrivenham between 5 January 2021 and 5 February 2021
• Threatening behaviour in Swindon on 19 February 2021
• Theft of a travel card in Swindon on 19th February 2021

Convicted list three

Mr Aaron Rogan, 22, of Wood Street, Swindon, was given a conditional discharge for 6 months with a victim services payment of £22 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to fraud in Swindon on the dates of 15 April 2020, 15 May 2020, and 28 May 2020.

Mr Peter Szabo, 45, of Manchester Road, Swindon, was given a community order and fined £100 with a victim services payment of £34 after pleading guilty to behaving in an indecent manner by exposing his genitals in Swindon on 8 August 2020.

Mr Peter Came, 56, of Bramley Road, Silchester, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £293 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to speeding in a Landrover Discovery on the M4 near Swindon on 30 November 2019.

Mr Geoffey Martin, 46, of Willersey Road, Cheltenham, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £307 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to speeding in a Range Rover on the M4 near Swindon on 20 October 2019.

Mr Drew Powell, 47, of Brewers Baroque, Trowbridge, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £440 with a victim services payment of £44 and costs of £110 after it was proved in absence he had driven a BMW 320 without insurance in Westbury on 25 November 2019.

Mr Brandon Shennan, 21, of Bulford Camp, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £440 with a victim services payment of £44 and costs of £110 after it was proved in absence he had driven a Toyota Auris without insurance in Heywood on 23 November 2019.

Ms Amy Dixon, 25, of Mulberry Grove, Swindon, was given 6 points on her licence and fined £268 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to speeding in a Mercedes CLA180 on the M4 near Swindon on 1 December 2019.

Mr Desmond Willis, 32, of Banwell Avenue, Swindon, was fined £60 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £110 after it was proved in absence he had driven a Ford Focus other than in accordance with his licence in Swindon on 22 August 2020.

Mr Aaron Dando, 31, of The Halve, Trowbridge was given 6 points on his licence and fined £1036 with a victim services payment of £104 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to speeding in an Audi A3 in Marlborough on 29 October 2019.

Convicted list four

Mr Paul Gladding (aka Mr Glad), 49, of Rollestone Street, Salisbury, was fined £300 with a victim services payment of £34 after it was proved in absence he had participated in a gathering of more than 2 people without reasonable excuse during the emergency period in Salisbury on 20 May 2020.

Mr Bryan Packham, 31, of The Close, Gastard, was Fined £1100 with a victim services payment of £110 and costs of £110 after it was proved in absence that he had left the place he was living without reasonable excuse during the emergency period in Corsham on 17 April 2020.

Miss Sarah Bye, 57, of Cedar Grove, Chippenham, was given 6 points on her licence and fined £440 with a victim services payment of £44 and costs of £110 after it was proved she had driven a Ford Focus without due care and attention in Hungerdown Lane on 28 January 2020. Her car hit a pedestrian whilst they were on a zebra crossing, near The Pheasant public house — the woman suffered minor injuries.

Mr Nicholas Hobbs, 35, of Gresham Road, Bournemouth, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £550 with a victim services payment of £55 and costs of £110 after it was proved in absence he was speeding in a Honda CRV in Salisbury on 3 November 2019.

Mr Anthony Jones, 49, of Heathfield, Chippenham, was given 5 points on his licence and fined £500 with a victim services payment of £50 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to speeding in a Range Rover in Chippenham on 11 June 2020.

Dr Mohammad Mohammad, 51, of Bangor Street, Cardiff, was banned from driving for 21 days and fined £567 with a victim services payment of £57 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to speeding in a Mercedes C220 on the M4 near Chippenham on 29 February 2020.

Mr Adam Rooke, 35, of Beechmount Grove, Bristol, was given 5 points on his licence and fined £800 with a victim services payment of £80 and costs of £110 after a Proved Single Justice Procedure found he was speeding in a Skoda Octavia, on the M4 near Swindon on 20 October 2019.

Mrs Fiona Tuqatijian, 56, of Dukes Close, Shabbington, was given 3 points on her licence and fined £80 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to driving a Volkswagen Golf without due care and attention in Chippenham on 1 November 2019.

Mr Daniel Baynham, 25, of Surrey Road, Swindon, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £666 with a victim services payment of £67 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to speeding in a Mercedes CLA220 in Swindon on 3 December 2019.

Mr Neil Haines,44, of Coronation Road, Gillingham, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £672 with a victim services payment of £67 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to speeding on a Ducati M821 on the A303 near Salisbury on 17 May 2020.

Mr Robert Lovejoy, 32, of Mill Lane, Lambourn, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £900 with a victim services payment of £90 and costs of £110 after it was proved in absence he was speeding in a Vauxhall Insignia on the M4 near Swindon on 19 June 2020.

Mr Anthony McDonagh, of Lavender Place, Ilford, was given 4 points on his licence and fined £40 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to driving a Vauxhall Vivaro without due care and attention in Salisbury on 20 September 2019.

Convicted list five

Mr Jake Arnold-Bygraves, 27, of Victoria Cross Road, Wroughton, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £120 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £50 after pleading guilty to driving an Audi A4 under the influence of cannabis in Swindon on 24 May 2020.

Mr Mark Broomhall, 40, of no fixed abode, was fined £100 after admitting breaching a community order.

Mr Om Gaha, 36, of Malvern Road, Swindon, was banned from driving for 18 months and fined a total of £650 with a victim services payment of £65 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Chevrolet while unfit to drive through drugs and possession of crack cocaine in Swindon on 11 April 2020.

Mr Richard Powell, 40, of Monks Drive, Corsham, was fined £100 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to breaking a molestation order by sending emails and Facebook messages in Trowbridge between 28 January 2021 and 14 February 2021.

Miss Zoe Stephenson, 19, of Mayenne Place, Devizes, was sentenced to detention in a young offender institution for 4 weeks after pleading guilty to assault of a female in Devizes on 19 February 2021, and sentenced to detention in a young offender institution for 2 weeks to be served consecutive to the 4 weeks after pleading guilty to sending a threatening electronic communication in Devizes on 19 February 2021.

Mr Dafydd Spence, 25, of Staldon Road, Swindon was given a community order and fined £150 with an order to pay a total of £150 in compensation, a victim services payment of £95 and costs of £100 after changing his plea to guilty on 2 charges of assault of a male, criminal damage, and assault of a female in Swindon on 25 of May 2020.
