Everyone convicted at Swindon and Wiltshire magistrate courts on 12, 13 and 15 February 2021

Convicted list one

Mr Harvey Brake, 29, of Keepers Road, Devizes, was banned from driving for 18 months and fined a total of £1314 with a victim services payment of £131 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a BMW 330D without due care and attention in Devizes on 18 November 2019, driving a Mitsubishi Outlander under the influence of cannabis in Trowbridge on 30 March 2020 and driving a BMW under the influence of cannabis in Marlborough on 17 July 2020.

Mr Jeffrey Davis, 49, of Salisbury Road, Southampton, was given a 12-week prison sentence suspended for 2 years with a victim services payment of £115 and costs of £300 after pleading guilty to harassment in a domestic violence case in Melksham between 9 July 2019 and 19 August 2019. He was then given a 4-week sentence, consecutive to the 12 weeks, also suspended for 2 years after pleading guilty to assault of a female in Melksham on 18 August 2019.

Mr Kevin Gosling, 60, of Shaftesbury, was given an 8-week prison sentence suspended for 2 years and given 2 restraining orders with a victim services payment of £115 and costs of £200 after changing his plea to guilty on a charge of pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to stalking in Tisbury between 13 February 2019 and 9 August 2019.

Ms Charlene Matthews, 34, of Treveneague Gardens, Plymouth, was banned from driving and given an 18-week prison sentence suspended for 18 months with a victim services payment of £115 and costs of £200 after pleading guilty to drink driving in an Alpha Romeo, driving without insurance and failing to stop after an accident in Tidworth on 18 June 2019.

Mr Terry Melvin, 47, of Wood Lane, Chippenham, was given a community order for 50 hours of unpaid work with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £50 after pleading guilty to having a screwdriver without good reason, and being drunk and disorder in Salisbury on 30 March 2020. He was given no separate penalty after pleading guilty to criminal damage in Salisbury on 7 March 2020.

Mr Jason Tilling, 32, of Normandy Road, Tidworth, was banned from driving for 36 months and fined £438 with a victim services payment of £117 and costs of £85 after changing his plea to guilty on a charge of drink driving in a Vauxhall Insignia in Tidworth on 7 February 2020. He was then fined £730 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Vauxhall Insignia in Tidworth on 28 November 2020.

Mr David Andrew, 27, of Salisbury Street, Devizes, had 6 points put on his licence and was given a conditional discharge for 6 months with a victim services payment of £21 after pleading guilty to riding an electric scooter on a pavement while banned from driving and without insurance on 19 June 2020.

Mr Connah Grimes, 24, of Warren Cottages, Winchester, was banned from driving or 12 months and fined £120 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Volkswagen Golf, failing to stop, and driving without insurance in Devizes on 28 November 2020. He was then fined £80 for the possession of 1 gram of cocaine in Devizes on 28 November 2020.

Mr Joshua Harriss, 31, of Gainsborough Close, Bemerton Heath, was fined £440 with a victim services payment of £44 and costs of £85 after being found guilty of using threatening behaviour in Salisbury on 5 August 2020.

Mr Vilamantas Janulevicius, 36, of Morley Road, London was banned from driving for 6 months and fined £833 with a victim services payment of £83 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a BMW 530D while disqualified and driving without insurance in Amesbury on 21 June 2020.

Mr Matthew Little, 28, of Wynsome Street, Southwick, was given 8 points on his licence and fined £660 with a victim services payment of £66 and costs of £85 after it was proved in absence he had driven an Audi A1 other than in accordance with his licence and without insurance in Westbury on 9 August 2020.

Mr Russell Mcbride, 40, of Silver Street, Wilton, was banned from driving for 29 months and given a community order for 150 hours of unpaid work with a victim services payment of £95 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Volkswagen Caddy in Salisbury on 8 August 2020.

Mr Daniel Studley, 31, of Hotwells, Bristol, was banned from driving for 17 months and fined £120 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Citroen Relay and fined a further £120 after pleading guilty to driving a Citroen Relay without insurance and other than in accordance with his licence in Melksham on 9 November 2020.

Mr Paul Williamson, 54, of Wesley Road, Trowbridge, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £120 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Ford Focus under the influence of cannabis in Trowbridge on 5 July 2020.

Ms Hayley Browne, 37, of Bradford Road, Trowbridge, was given a community order and ordered to pay £200 in compensation after pleading guilty to assaulting a police officer, and assaulting an Escort officer in Salisbury on 14 July 2020, and possession of 0.3 grams of amphetamine in Salisbury on 2 December 2020.

Mr Stuart Hervin, 61, of Brook Road, Trowbridge was banned from driving for 15 months and fined £120 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Toyota Aygo in Trowbridge on 30 November 2020.

Mr Daniel Potts, 41, of Harrington Drive, Bulford Barracks, was banned from driving for 77 days and fined £396 with a victim services payment of £40 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to speeding in a Jaguar XJ in Plymouth on 6 December 2019.

Convicted list two

Mr Jason Povey, 31, of Shepherds Drove, West Ashton, was banned from driving for 17 months and fined £583 with a victim services payment of £58 and costs of £85 after changing his plea to guilty on a charge of failing to provide a specimen of breath in Melksham on 3 October 2020. He was further fined £233 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to possession of cannabis in Trowbridge on 27 February 2020.

Ms Andrea Taccuso, 31, of Whatleys Close, Worton, was banned from driving and given a community order for a curfew with electronic monitoring for 8 weeks after pleading guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath in Melksham on 28 June 2020. She was ordered to pay a total of £225 in compensation after pleading guilty to assaulting 2 police officers in Melksham on 28 June 2020.

Mr Mark Brierley, 56, of Hadrian Road, Andover, was fined a total of £823 with a victim services payment of £82 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Mercedes HGV without due care and failing to report an accident in Tidworth on 5 June 2020.

Miss Chloe Kearse (aka Miss Chloe Ferguson), 21, of Pilgrims Way, Laverstock, was fined £120 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to threatening behaviour in Salisbury on 3 December 2020.

Ms Jenna Nolan, 34, of Manor Road, Trowbridge, was banned from driving for 20 months and fined £140 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Porsche Cayenne in Trowbridge on 13 July 2020.

Mr Lee Curley, 32, of Taylor Crescent, Ludgershall, was given 5 points on his licence and fined £120 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £300 after being found guilty of driving a Volkswagen Golf without due care and attention in Tidworth on 23 September 2019.

Mr Michael Nwaki, 52, of Fourth Avenue, Filton, was banned from driving for 84 days and fined £184 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £300 after being found guilty of driving a Renault Megane on the M4 without due care and attention near Swindon on 11 November 2019.

Mr Marcin Nizol, 45, of Ferndale Road, Swindon, was given 4 points on his licence and fined £865 with a victim services payment of £86 and costs of £300 after being found guilty of speeding in a Nissan Leaf in Swindon on 15 October 2019.


Miss Harriet Greenshields (aka Harriet Baker), 32, of Roundstone Street, Trowbridge was given 6 points on her licence after pleading guilty to driving a Skoda Yeti without insurance and otherwise in accordance with her licence. She was given a community order for a curfew with electronic monitoring for 6 weeks after pleading guilty to a number of charges:

• Theft of goods worth £79 from Asda in Melksham on 3 January 2020
• Failing to surrender to custody at Swindon magistrates court on 10 February 2021
• Theft of alcohol worth £55 from Tesco in Trowbridge on 22 April 2020
• Possession of a lock-knife in Trowbridge on 26 April 2020
• Theft of dog toys worth £10 from Poundland in Trowbridge on 26 April 2020
• Theft of items worth £137.97 from TK Maxx in Salisbury on 9 March 2020
• Theft of coffee and dog food worth £50 from Trowbridge Lodge service station on 2 August 2020
• Theft of Gift sets from Boots in Trowbridge on 11 October 2020

Mr Mark McDonagh (aka Arthur McDonagh), 24, of Fettiplace Road, Headington, had his bail revoked and was committed to custody until his trial after admitting a breach of his bail conditions by failing to live and sleep at his bail address. He was further fined £100 with a victim service payment of £34 after pleading guilty to obstructing a police officer in Southwick on 11 February 2021.

Mr Aaron Axford, 28, of Alton Close, Swindon, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £120 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Honda Civic under the influence of cannabis in Swindon on 31 March 2020.

Mr Michael Mellor, 43, of Chatfield, Swindon, was given a community order for a curfew with electronic monitoring for 10 weeks with a victim services payment of £95 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to criminal damage to a van, possession of a large knife, and using threatening behaviour in Swindon on 28 August 2020.

Convicted list three

Mr Simon Need, 48, of Purlyn Acre, Marlborough, was given a conditional discharge for 6 months with a victim services payment of £21 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to criminal damage of a door in Marlborough on 31 July 2020.

Mr Jason Otley, 46, of Mickle Wright Close, Bristol, was sentenced to prison for 4 weeks after pleading guilty to theft of clothing worth £350 from JD Sports in Swindon on 21 September 2020. He was then sentenced to prison for 2 weeks consecutive to the 4 weeks after pleading guilty to theft of clothing worth £120 from JD Sports in Swindon on 15 October 2020.

Mr Jacob Stanley, 20, of RAF Fairford, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £222 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Chevrolet Minibus without due care and attention, and without insurance and failing to stop after an accident and failing to report an accident in Swindonon on 7 November 2020.

Mr Michael Thompson, 33, of Witney, was fined a total of £160 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to criminal damage of a window in Westbury on 17 October 2020 and criminal damage of a window in Westbury on 16 October 2020.

Mr Arthur Ganga, 47, of Jones Crescent, Faringdon, was banned from driving for 36 months and fined £600 with a victim services payment of £60 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Kia Sportage in Swindon on 17 October 2020.

Mr Jonathon Wright, 27, of Richmond-upon-Thames, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £500 with a victim services payment of £50 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Nissan in Marlborough on 17 October 2020.

Miss Charlotte Barrow-Davis, 27, of Church Walk, Melksham, was banned from driving for 18 months and fined a total of £320 with victim services payments of £68 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to failing to provide a blood specimen in Melksham on 15 October 2020 and driving a Volkswagen Golf under the influence of cocaine in Bowerhill on 30 May 2020.

Mr Matthew Parkinson, 32, of no fixed abode, was given a conditional discharge for 3 months with a victim services payment of £22 and costs of £40 after pleading guilty to possession of cannabis in Melksham on 30 April 2020.

Miss Katie Jones, 33, of Short Street, Ludgershall, was given a conditional discharge for 18 months with a victim services payment of £21 after changing her plea to guilty on a charge of assault of a female in Ludgershall on 13 December 2019.

Mr Thomas Sykes, 29, of HMP Cardiff, was given a prison sentence of 26 weeks after being found guilty of ABH in Chippenham on 11 January 2020.

Mr Martin Davies, 37, of Aster Close, Cardiff, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £266 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to speeding in a Mercedes C300 on the M4 near Chippenham on 24 November 2019.

Miss Terri Hicks, 39, of Philip Road, Durrington, was given 6 points on her licence and fined a total of £880 with a victim services payment of £44 and costs of £110 after it was proved in absence, she failed to given information on the identity of the driver of a Ford Transit at Amesbury on or before the 19 January 2020, she was using a mobile phone while driving a Ford Transit, and had a faulty brake light in Amesbury on 19 January 2020.

Mr Adam Matthews, 53, of Bayntun Close, Devizes, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £293 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to driving a Renault Clio without due care and attention in Devizes on 26 October 2019.

Mr Jasper Penton, 23, of Fryern Court Road, Burgate, was banned from driving for 6 months and fined £200 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to driving a Citroen Berlingo without insurance in Salisbury on 3 November 2019.

Mr James Salisbury, 24, of Berry Croft, Abingdon, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £440 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to speeding in a Volkswagen Golf on the M4 near Swindon on 5 December 2019.

Miss Lisa Garret, 41, of Cheltenham Road, Cirencester, was given 6 points on her licence and fined £600 with a victim services payment of £60 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to driving an Audi A1 without insurance in Swindon on 23 September 2019.

Mr Daniel Radbourne, 33, of Queens Avenue, Highworth, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £230 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to driving a Renault Traffic without insurance in Swindon on 22 April 2020.

Mr Ionut Ciubuc, 32, of Mapleridge Lane, Yate, was given 9 points on his licence and fined £440 with a victim services payment of £44 and costs of £110 after it was proved in absence he had driven a Ford Transit without due care and attention, without insurance, and with insufficient tread depth on 2 rear tyres in Salisbury on 30 November 2019.


Mr Shane Farrington, 42, of Flax Mill Park, Devizes, was given 7 points on his licence and fined £120 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £110 after it was proved in absence that he had driven a Peugeot 206 without due care and attention in Chippenham on 14 November 2019.

Mrs Annemarie Fox, 73, of Redington Road, London, was given 6 points on her licence and fined £196 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to speeding in a Mercedes C200 on the M4 near Swindon on 30 November 2019.

Mr Charles Hutchins, 33, of Heaver Road, London, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £276 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to speeding in a Ford Fiesta on the M4 near Swindon on 28 May 2020.

Convicted list four

Mr Gerard Lambert, 64, of Hillcrest Road, Thurrock, was banned from driving for 6 months and fined £800 with a victim services payment of £80 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to driving a goods vehicle with insufficient tread on the nearside rear wheel in Swindon on 16 January 2020.

Mr Abdi Omar, 34, of Jennings Street, Swindon, was given 9 points on his licence and fined a total of £1320 with a victim services payment of £66 and costs of £110 after it was proved in absence that he had driven a Toyota Yaris without due care and attention and without insurance in Swindon on 28 January 2020.

Mrs Marie Beeden, 45, of Clapham Close, Swindon was given 3 points on her licence and fined £300 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to driving a BMW X3 with insufficient tyre tread on the rear wheels in Swindon on 1 April 2020.

Mr Ross Hayes, 34, of Woodlands, Bracknell, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £692 with a victim services payment of £69 and costs of £110 after a proved Single Justice Procedure found he was speeding in a Landrover Discovery on the M4 near Swindon on 31 May 2020.

Mr Robert Kwiatkowski, 40, of Conway Crescent, Ealing, was banned from driving for 56 days and fined a total of £586 with a victim services payment of £59 and costs of £110 after a proved Single Justice Procedure found he was speeding in a Jaguar XE, and carrying passengers in a way that involved the danger of injury in Salisbury on 30 May 2020.

Mr Roger Mather, 56, of Church Street Tetbury, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £666 with a victim services payment of £67 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to speeding in a Bentley Continental on the M4 near Swindon on 30 November 2019.

Mr Robert Morris, 34, of Post Office Road, Bournemouth, was banned from driving for 56 days and fined £660 with a victim services payment of £66 and costs of £110 after a proved Single Justice Procedure found he was speeding in a BMW M3 in Salisbury on 15 April 2020.

Mr Martin Pateman, 58, of Perrins Hill, Yeovil, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £487 with a victim services payment of £49 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to speeding in a Mercedes in Chilmark on 16 May 2020.

Mr Alan Piper, 57, of Swan Drive, Staverton, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £680 with a victim services payment of £68 and costs of £100 after a proved Single Justice Procedure found he was speeding in a Volkswagen Transporter in Trowbridge on 24 May 2020.

Mr Jefferson Siqueira, 25, of Northend Road, London, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £500 with a victim services payment of £50 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to speeding in a Porsche Cayenne on the M4 near Swindon on 25 July 2020.

Mr Cosmin Toader, 25, of Dudley Road, Swindon, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £400 with a victim services payment of £40 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to speeding in a Ford Transit on the M4 near Swindon on 22 March 2020.

Mr Bilal Uddin, 27, of Broad Street, Swindon, was banned from driving for 24 months and fined £660 with a victim services payment of £66 and costs of £110 after proved Single Justice Procedure found he was driving a Volkswagen Passat without insurance in Swindon on 13 July 2019.

Mr Connor Urch, 25, of Hurst Road, Weston-Super-Mare, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £270 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to speeding in an Audi TT on the M4 near Swindon on 6 December 2019.

Convicted list five

Mr Joshua Cornforth, 30, of Stockbridge, was banned from driving for 1 year and fined £150 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Renault Traffic under the influence of cannabis in Salisbury on 22 March 2020.

Mr David Dilling, 33, of Lumley Walk, Amesbury, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £100 with a victim services payment of £34 after pleading guilty to driving a Citroen Xsara under the influence of cannabis in Amesbury on 1 May 2020.

Mr Jake Lewis, 24, of Barrington Close, Swindon, was ordered to pay £300 in compensation after pleading guilty to criminal damage of police property in Swindon on 13 February 2021.

Mr James Robertson, 56, of Gryphon Close, Westbury, was fined £150 with a victim services payment of £34 after pleading guilty to breaking a restraining order by sending a letter in Westbury on 13 February 2021, and possession of cannabis in Westbury on 14 February 2021.

Mr William Goodman, 38, of London Road, Chippenham, was ordered to pay £145 compensation after pleading guilty to theft of alcohol from Sainsbury’s in Chippenham on 13 June 2020.

Mr David Jones, 42, of Spring Close, Swindon, was given a community order and placed on the Sexual Offenders Register for 5 years with a victim services payment of £95 after pleading guilty to indecent exposure of his genitals, and threatening behaviour in Swindon on 29 July 2020.

Mr Daniel Perrett, 29, of Redruth Close, Swindon was given a community order and a restraining order with a victim services payment of £90 after pleading guilty to harassment of a female between 8 December 2020 and 10 January 2021.

Mr Matthew Wixon, 30, of Grosvenor Road, Swindon was ordered to pay £200 compensation after pleading guilty to assaulting a police officer in Swindon on 26 May 2020. He was then banned from driving for 3 years and sentenced to a total of 20 weeks in prison suspended for 18 months with 100 hours of unpaid work in response to a number of charges:

• Found guilty of driving a Honda Civic without reasonable consideration for other road users in Swindon on 6 March 2020.
• Found guilty of breach of a non-molestation order of a female in Swindon on 6 March 2020.
• Pleaded guilty to driving a Honda Civic under the influence of cannabis in Swindon on 8 March 2020
• Pleaded guilty to driving a Honda Civic under the influence of cannabis in Swindon on 17 May 2020
• Pleaded guilty to driving a Honda Civic under the influence of Benzoylecgonine in Swindon on 17 May 2020
• Pleaded guilty to driving a Honda Civic under the influence of cannabis in Swindon on 14 May 2020
• Pleaded guilty to driving a Honda Civic under the influence of cocaine in Swindon on 14 May 2020
• Pleaded guilty to driving a Honda Civic under the influence of Benzoylecgonine in Swindon on 14 May 2020

Mr Stuart Trinder, 26, of no fixed abode, was given a community order after pleading guilty to assault of a female in Swindon on 19 December 2020.

Ms Kerry Duggan, 33, of Bruton Walk, Swindon, was fined £50 after admitting a breach of a community order.
