Everyone convicted at Swindon and Wiltshire magistrate courts on 19 January 2021

Mr Ryan Taylor, 38, of Robins Green, Swindon, was banned from driving for 6 months and fined a total of £216 with a victims services payment of £32 and costs of £100 after changing his plea to guilty on charges of driving a Vauxhall Zafira without insurance and driving otherwise than in accordance with his licence in Marlborough on 5 August 2019.

Mr Lyubomir Tomov, 34, of Benfleet, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £800, with a victim services payment of £80 and costs of £500 after being found guilty of drink driving in an Audi A8 in Amesbury on 30 November 2019

Mr Adrian Weiss, 41, of Trecastle Road, Swindon, was banned from driving for 28 days and fined £300 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Citroen C3 in Swindon on 29 November 2019.

Mr Ross Toulson, 43, of Lingfield Close, Chippenham, was banned from driving for 16 months and fined £350 with a victims services payment of £35 and costs of £500 after being found guilty of drink driving in a VW Crafter Van in Melksham on 19 January 2020.

Miss Victoria Little, 23, of no fixed abode, was banned from driving for 14 months and fined £100 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Renault Clio, and fined a further £100 after pleading guilty to driving without insurance and other than in accordance with her licence in Swindon on 24 March 2020.

Mr Vasile Alexandru, 34, of Warminster Road, Westbury, was fined £233 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to taking a Ford Transit without consent from Heywood on 30 June 2019. He was fined a further £116 after pleading guilty to obstructing a police officer and was given 6 points on his licence and fined £233 after pleading guilty to driving a Ford Transit without insurance in Westbury on 30 June 2019.

Mr Michael Price, 28, of The street, Swindon was ordered to pay £40 compensation after pleading guilty to criminal damage of door in Swindon on 10 October 2019.

Miss Sophie Quinn, 28, of Poplar Avenue, Swindon, was fined £50 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £50 after pleading guilty to possession of heroin (diamorphine) in Swindon on 23 June 2020.

Mr Dean Haskins (aka Mr Dean Askins), 50, of Ramsay Road, Calne, was given a community order and restraining order and fined £100 with a victim services payment of £95 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to stalking and harassment in Calne between 25 and 29 November 2020.

Mr Richard Martin, 45, of Lennox Drive, Swindon, was sent to prison for 13 weeks and issued with a restraining order, with a victim services payment of £128 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to assaulting his former partner with a child present in Swindon on 12 July 2020.

Mr Jay Livingstone, 20, of Horsham Road, Swindon, was given a community order for 100 hours unpaid work with a victim services payment of £95 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to possession of cannabis and possession of a bladed article in Swindon on 8 September 2020.

Mr Benjamin Maynard, 32, of Swift Drive, Trowbridge was banned from driving for 3 years and fined £120 with a victim services payment of £64 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a BMW and further fined £120 for driving without insurance in Trowbridge on 9 August 2020. In separate charges, he was fined a total of £400 and ordered to pay a total of £100 compensation after pleading guilty to assaulting 2 police officers in Trowbridge on 11 July 2020.

Mr Filip Ptacek, 24, of Witley Wood Road, Reading, was given a community order for 160 hours of unpaid work with a victim services payment of £95 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to possession of a bladed article in Malmesbury on 27 November 2020.
