Everyone convicted at Swindon and Wiltshire magistrate courts on 4 January 2021

Mr Jeffrey Davis, 49, of Salisbury Road, Totton, Southampton, was remanded on unconditional bail for pre-sentencing reports after being found guilty of assault in Melksham on 18 August 2019 and pleading guilty to harassment in Melksham between July 2019 and August 2019.

Mr Jody Sidelnik (aka Mr Richard Smith), 39, of no fixed abode, was committed to prison for 45 days and fined £100 having been found guilty of assault on a police officer in Devizes on 27 October 2020. He was also sentenced to 12 days in prison for non-payment of fines from 2016 to be served concurrently.

Mr Nicholas Hemburrow, 47, of Sandown Crescent, Corsham, was remanded on unconditional bail for breach of a non-molestation order in Corsham on 18 December 2019.

Mr Joseph Bonner (aka Mr Danny Bonner), 44, of Comet Crescent, Calne, was fined £220 and banned from driving for 2 months for speeding in a Ford Transit van on Airport Way Luton, in July 2019.

Mr Sean Dickinson, 36, of Knowsley Road, Swindon, was ordered to pay £106.35 in compensation, £25 in costs, and given a community order after pleading guilty to criminal damage in Swindon on 8 June 2020.

Mr David Evans, 39, of Meadowcroft, Swindon, was ordered to pay £85 to victim services, £85 in costs, and given a community order for 180 hours unpaid work for riding a motorcycle while disqualified.

Mr Michael Harris, 21, of Lyndhurst Crescent, Swindon, was given a 14 week suspended prison sentence with 200 hours unpaid work and ordered to pay £128 to victim services and £85 costs after pleading guilty to carrying a bladed article in Swindon, on 21 July 2020.


Mr Craig Deyager, 35, of Affleck Close, Swindon, was given a fine of £130, ordered to pay victim services £34 and pay costs of £85 after pleading guilty to threatening behaviour in Swindon on 3 June 2020.

Mr Nicholas O’Donnell, 33, of Ermin Street, Swindon, was given a fine of £100, ordered to pay victim services £32 and pay costs of £50 after pleading guilty to making threatening calls and texts in Baydon on 21st January 2020

Miss Ann Jefferies, 46, of The Butts, Chippenham was remanded on unconditional bail for pre-sentencing reports after pleading guilty to a charge of owning a dog dangerously out of control which injured another person in Chippenham on 25 January 2020.

Mr Joe Fairbrother, 33, of Taylor Crescent, Ludgershall, was given a community order for 120 hours unpaid work, disqualified from driving for 12 months, with fines totalling £205 plus £85 to victim services and £40 costs after pleading guilty to charges of possession of cannabis, driving under the influence of cannabis and carrying an offensive weapon in April and May of 2020 in different locations around Wiltshire.

Mr Petar Ivanov, 24, of Welbeck Road, Barnet, was given a community order for 100 hours unpaid work with £85 victim services charge and £50 costs after pleading guilty to attempted theft in Chippenham on 28 September 2019.

Mr Tichatonsa Nyenya, 54, was given 6 points on his driving licence and a fine of £500, also to pay £50 to victim services and £200 costs after pleading guilty to driving without insurance in Swindon on 26 December 2020.

Miss Sharon Gardner (aka Miss Sharon Moore), 50, of Westbourne Court, Swindon, was fined £50 with a victim service payment of £34 after pleading guilty to a charge of theft in Swindon on 8 April 2020.

Mr Carl Hiett, 33, of Marney Close, Swindon, was given a community order for 40 hours unpaid work with a victim services payment of £95 after pleading guilty to assault in Swindon on 21 February 2020.

Mr Nicholas James, 40, of Manor Road, Swindon, was fined £50 with a victim services payment of £34 after pleading guilty to breaking a non-molestation order in Swindon in December 2020.

Mr Ashwani Kumar, 56, of Cricklade Road, Swindon, was given a community order with a victim services payment of £95 after pleading guilty to racially aggravated threatening behaviour in Swindon on 28 May 2020.

Mr Ionut-Sebastian Movanu of Haydon Street, Swindon, was fined £30 with a payment to victim services of £34 and 3 points on his driving licence after pleading guilty to driving without using a suitable restraint for a child in Dover on the 4 July 2020.

Ms Kelsa Powell, 38, of Boothmead, Chippenham, was fined £50 with a payment to victim services of £34 after pleading guilty to resisting arrest, drug possession, and being drunk and disorderly in Chippenham on 28 July 2020.

Mrs Julia Roberts, 49, of Fernham Gate, Faringdon was banned from driving for 2 years, given a community order for 100 hours unpaid work with a payment to victim services of £95 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in Swindon 10 February 2020.

Mr Mark Mason (aka Mr Dave Mace, Mr Dave Mason), 55, of Catkins Close, Faringdon was fined £50 with a payment to victim services of £34 after pleading guilty to threatening behaviour in Swindon on 19 August 2020.
