Man accused of murdering wife and daughter faces trial after not guilty plea

Marcin Zdun was arrested and charged with the murder of his wife and daughter in Salisbury

A man accused of murdering his wife and daughter in Salisbury earlier this year has pleaded not guilty, meaning he will face trial.

39-year-old Marcin Zdun was detained in the street by members of the public after Aneta and Nikoletta Zdun were found fatally injured at their family home on 1 June.

Police and ambulance crews were sent to the house in Wessex Road where the pair, aged 40 and 18, were found with knife wounds and pronounced dead at the scene.
