Wiltshire Air Ambulance medics treat man who fell out of tree in Calne

Wiltshire Air Ambulance landed in Calne this afternoon after a man fell out of a tree.

The helicopter touched down at the football club in Bremhill View at around 4.45pm so specialist critical care medics could attend the incident in the garden of a private address nearby.

Ambulances were parked in Newcroft Road whilst the casualty was treated for what are believed to be serious injuries. The casualty was taken to hospital by land ambulance.
