Man, 36, charged over stabbing of Dan Brown in Trowbridge street

A man has been charged over the stabbing of Dan Brown in Trowbridge.

The 27-year-old suffered a puncture wound to his chest in a serious assault which happened in Charlotte Square, near Timbrell Street, on Saturday morning.

Today, Tyrone Triggs, 36, of no fixed abode has been charged with with grievous bodily harm (GBH) with intent, and possessing a knife.

He’ll appear before Swindon Magistrates’ Court on Monday morning.
