Two suspected county lines drug dealers arrested at central Swindon hotel

Two suspected county lines drug dealers have been arrested at a Swindon town centre hotel.

In an operation at the railway station, the British Transport Police with a specialist drugs dog at their disposal stopped and searched people in a bid to tackle county lines drug dealing.

One male searched raised suspicions, so undercover officers traced him back to a hotel room at the Holiday Inn Express in Bridge Street late this afternoon. They gained entry to the room in which the man entered, discovering drugs and a large quantity of cash.
