Huge emergency services response to man in cardiac arrest on roof in Swindon

Emergency services are currently attending a serious medical incident on the rooftop of a house in Swindon.

Wiltshire Police says it was called to a man suffering a cardiac arrest In Clifton Street at around 12.30pm.

The casualty was brought down from the roof of the two-storey property by firefighters using an aerial platform appliance at just after 1pm.

The patient is being treated by local ambulance crews, Wiltshire Air Ambulance medics and two ambulance service Hazardous Area Response Teams from Bristol. His condition is currently unknown.
