‘Severe damage’ to Trowbridge primary school in break in

A Trowbridge primary school has been ‘severely damaged’ during a break in.

The vandalism included letting off fire extinguishers and paint and glue being thrown over carpets, walls, and furniture has taken place in the building that is used as a staff room.

“At this stage it is not clear as to whether or not anything has been taken.

“We are sad to report that this is the second incident of this nature to have happened at the School, the last one being over the Easter Holidays.

“This behaviour is completely unacceptable, and simply cannot be tolerated.

“Anybody who has any information, no matter how small, that could possibly assist Police in their investigation is being urged to come forward and contact Trowbridge Police on 101 or anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.”
