Police pull woman back into first floor flat after she threatens to jump in Swindon

Police have pulled a woman to safety after she threatened to jump from a first floor flat in Swindon.

Officers raced to the scene in Brunel Crescent, off Whitehouse Road, at around 4.15pm this afternoon.

On arrival, one officer immediately ran into the building and entered the property in order to stop her falling. She was pulled backwards into the flat and the patio-style doors were locked shut.
