Car leaves road down embankment on A366 near Farleigh Hungerford Castle

A woman’s suffered minor injuries after her car left the road just over the West Wiltshire border.

The silver car, thought to be a Pegeuot, ended up down an embankment on the A366 near Farleigh Hungerford Castle, west of Trowbridge, at around 6pm.

Passersby who witnessed the crash stopped to help two women casualties from the vehicle.

Police and ambulance are attending the scene; the road is partially blocked.
