Firefighters extract woman from vehicle following A303 collision

Firefighters have freed a woman from a car following a crash this afternoon.

The emergency services were called to a road traffic collision on the A303 near Winterbourne Stoke, a village just a few miles from Stonehenge.

Two fire crews, from Salisbury and Amesbury, attended the incident and extricated a female using holmatro cutting equipment.

The casualty was conveyed to hospital by road ambulance.
