Police appeal as 82-year-old man with dementia goes missing in Swindon

Police are appealing for the public’s help in locating a man with dementia who has gone missing in Swindon.

Sidney Fowler, who is 82, was last seen in Regent Street, town centre, at around 11.50am today.

He is described as white, around 5ft 6ins tall, and is wearing a grey jacket, blue jeans, a flat cap, and has a pull along shopping trolley with him.

Concerns are growing for his welfare due to his dementia.

If you see him please call Wiltshire Police on 999, quoting log 114 of today (20/04).
