Wiltshire police chief’s ‘thoughts with those injured’ in London terror attack

A man is shot dead by police in Streatham

A man has been shot dead and multiple people have been stabbed in a terrorist attack in London.

As the Metropolitan Police declare the incident terror-related, Wiltshire’s police chief praised the response of armed police in the city, and said his ‘thoughts are to those injured”.

A Met Police spokesperson said: “A man has been shot by armed officers in Streatham.

“At this stage it is believed a number of people have been stabbed.

“The incident has been declared as terrorist-related.”
