Police cordon off area outside train station as CPR given to casualty

A man has suffered a cardiac arrest while travelling on a bus in Swindon town centre this evening.

A number of ambulances were parked at the scene in Station Road at around 6.30pm, as paramedics worked to resuscitate the patient next to the Swindon’s Bus Company’s number 12 bus.

Police officers set up a cordon, which appeared as a crime scene to witnesses, as medics gave CPR.
