Daniel Jae Webb, founder of Wiltshire 999s, came across the incident while riding his bicycle on Great Western Way – near Swindon College – at just after 5pm on Sunday 2 September.

A number of police officers, including a dog handler from Tri-force, were in pursuit of the male assault suspect who’d allegedly attacked a woman outside TK Maxx.
