17-year-old Swindon boy investigated by police over supply of nitrous oxide

A 17-year-old boy is the subject of a police investigation into the distribution of nitrous oxide after being found in possession of a large number of canisters.

PCSO Moore was on cycle patrol in West Swindon on Thursday evening when he came across a group of youths at Lydiard Park using the dangerous ‘laughing gas’.

A spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said it is “illegal to supply nitrous oxide for human consumption under the Psychoactive Substances Act 2016″.
